空間轉(zhuǎn)錄組是從空間層面上解析 RNA-seq 數(shù)據(jù)的技術(shù)，通過對組織切片、測序獲得組織空間中的 mRNA 表達信息、 定位和區(qū)分功能基因在特定組織區(qū)域內(nèi)的活躍表達 。
